An arrest has been made related to a February 20th fire that burned two Medford homes on Village Circle. 56-year old Susan Diane Garred was taken into custody after being released from the hospital. Suspected School Arsonist Arrested

The Medford Police say they have caught the man suspected of intentionally starting a fire at Jackson Elementary School on January 14th. Police say they recognized 43-year old Michael Gint Johnson from a Cedar Lodge Motel surveillance video that showed him stealing a cell phone from the front desk the following day.Read More »

The Medford police have released surveillance photographs of a man who reportedly stole a cell phone left at the check-in counter at the Cedar Lodge Motel last Thursday. Authorities say this man bears a strong resemblance to the arson suspect from the Jackson Elementary School fire. The man has not yet been identified.
