A 5-year-old boy is reported safe a few hours after he was kidnapped from a home in The Dalles. The State Police said Wednesday his abductor was in custody a little more than an hour after an Amber Alert was issued for Skylar Meldin Coulcer-Jarding.
The suspect was identified as 36-year-old Brian Depriest of The Dalles.
