Woman Arrested For Attempting Refund Fraud

A woman who attempted to refund an item she did not buy has been arrested. 25-year old Jessica Dodd allegedly found a receipt from the south Medford Wal-Mart store and tried to return an item on the list. Dodd was already in trouble, accused of stealing from the same store before. She was also in possession of meth. Dodd, and a companion- Jason Tate- were taken into custody.

Temperatures hit record highs Monday in parts of Washington and Oregon as one of the mildest winters continues in the northwest. The National Weather Service reported record highs of 59 at Sea-Tac A Airport, 62 at Vancouver, 61 in Portland, 62 at Hillsboro, and 66 at Salem.
