Oregon State Police have released the names of those involved in Tuesday afternoon's three-vehicle traffic crash that resulted in the death of a 53-year old Grants Pass woman at the intersection of the northbound Interstate 5 exit ramp at milepost 124 and Harvard Avenue in Roseburg. Some test blasts will be going off today (Wednesday) and tomorrow at the site of the Fern Valley Road Interchange project. ODOT Project Manager Tim Fletcher says there won’t be any “Hollywood level” explosions, but people in the area may hear some popping noises, and a dust cloud or two.
