Simmons Sentencing Today

THE MAN ACCUSED OF KILLING A RUCH TEEN IN 1996 WILL
BE SENTENCED TODAY. BILLY SIMMONS’ MOTION TO HAVE
HIS CONVICTION THROWN OUT WAS DENIED. HIS ATTORNEY
CONTENDS THAT THERE WASN’T ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO FIND
SIMMONS GUILTY OF MANSLAUGHTER, BUT YESTERDAY JUDGE
BENJAMIN BLOOM REJECTED THE MOTION BY ANDREW
VANDERGRAW. HE WAS FOUND GUILTY OF KILLING KAELIN GLAZER
BY A 10-2 JURY VOTE BACK ON FEBRUARY 14TH.
