Meals on Wheels Volunteers Needed - Medford Tue 10th March - Fri 10th April The Medford Meals on Wheels program, Food and Friends, is looking for volunteers to help deliver meals to home-bound seniors. Food & Friends provides hot, nutritious meals and a friendly visit to hundreds of seniors in the area. Meals are served Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Mileage reimbursement is available.

Easter Egg Hunt - Ashland Sun 5th April The Rotary Club of Ashland is having their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday, April 5, 12:00 pm, in Lithia Park near the tennis courts. The egg hunt will begin at 1:00 pm. Age groups are as follows: 2 years and under, 3-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-8 years and 9-10 years. The Easter Bunny will be greeting kids, passing out balloons and posing for photos throughout the event.

Community Emergency Response Team Training - Ashland Thu 30th April Ashland CERT is offering Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training. This basic training curriculum encompasses basic disaster preparedness, fire safety, disaster medical operations, the CERT organization, disaster psychology, terrorism and radio communications followed by a disaster simulation. Training is free and open to those 14 and up.
Silver Ring Thing - Grants Pass & Medford Wed 6th May The Silver Ring Thing is returning to southern Oregon for two back-to-back shows on Wednesday, May 6 at the Grants Pass Performing Arts Center and Friday, May 8 at Central Medford High School. This year's 'No Strings Attached' tour is encouraging students to break ties with the lies of culture. Both shows are free and open to students age 12-19. Volunteers and ring scholarships are needed.
