Meals on Wheels Volunteers Needed - Medford Wed 1st July - Sat 1st August The Medford Meals on Wheels program, Food and Friends, is looking for volunteers to help deliver meals to home-bound seniors. Food & Friends provides hot, nutritious meals and a friendly visit to hundreds of seniors in the area. Meals are served Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Mileage reimbursement is available.
Be a Hero: Donate to Maslow - Medford Library Wed 1st July - Sat 15th August The Medford Teen Library, 205 S. Central Ave., is accepting donations from the public for the back-to-school needs of the Maslow Project from July 1 through August 15. The Maslow Project is a center serving homeless youth in Jackson County. Needed supplies are: School Supplies, Backpacks/Daypacks, Hygiene Supplies, New Socks, Non-perishable Snack Foods, First Aid Supplies.
Baby Boy clothes URGENTLY needed - Grants Pass Thu 2nd July - Sat 1st August The Pregnancy Care Center, 714 SE 8th St. in Grants Pass, is in URGENT need of new and gently used baby boy clothes. Boy summer items for newborn to 9 months would be greatly appreciated for the Pathways New Parents Program. Pregnancy Care Center Contest - Grants Pass Thu 30th July - Sat 31st October Pregnancy Care Center of Grants Pass is launching the "I Heart Pregnancy Care Center" contest, giving former clients a way to show some love to the center, share their story and enter to win at $50 gift card. Free Concert - Grants Pass Sat 1st August The Nashville Tribute Band will be in concert on Saturday, August 1, at the Rogue Community College Outdoor Amphitheater. Doors open at 6:00 pm. This is a FREE concert to benefit the Grants Pass Food Bank, however, generous monetary and canned food donations will be accepted. Bring blankets/lawn chairs and your own picnic meal.

Basic Life Support Training - Ashland Sat 12th September A Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers will be offered at the Ashland Fire Station 1, 1455 Siskiyou Blvd. on Saturday, September 12, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. This course teaches critical concepts of high quality CPR, use of an automated external defibrillator, and relief from choking for victims of all ages. Cost is $55 and is first-come, first served.

Hearts With A Mission Benefit Auction - Ashland Sat 19th September On September 19, Hearts With A Mission will host their 8th annual Homeless 2 Hopeful Benefit Auction at Belle Fiore in Ashland. All proceeds support the youth at the shelter.
