Jackson County Sheriff's Office Planning Move

The Jackson County Sheriff’s office will begin its move to 5179 Crater Lake Highway next Thursday. The current office will remain open throughout the move; however there will be no fingerprinting or processing of concealed handgun licenses May 9-11. A sub-station will be open for civil questions at the Jackson County Circuit Court building, open daily from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  

By May 14th, the move should be complete, and all services restored by May 14, 2012 at 8 a.m. Once the move is complete all departments of the sheriff's office will be under one roof, allowing for greater efficiency and communication.
