Bomb Threat At Hidden Valley High School
A bomb threat a teacher found written in a textbook prompted a lockdown at 9:58 a.m. this morning at Hidden Valley High School. The note stated a bomb would be found in the girl’s bathroom. Josephine County Sheriff’s deputies responded and checked for suspicious items. Finding none, the school was cleared and students returned to class within 20 minutes. An investigation is continuing into who wrote the threat.
UPDATE: Investigators have determined that a 17-year old male student is responsible for the threat, and has been cited for Disorderly Conduct. He is being referred to the Juvenile Justice System.
