Oregon Gas Prices Below $4 Per Gallon

The average price of a gallon of gasoline in Oregon has fallen below $4 a gallon to $3.95. The AAA auto club reports it dropped 17 cents in a week and 27 cents in a month. It's 44 cents higher than the national average.

Some metro prices from the AAA survey for Monday: Portland $3.94, Salem $3.89, Eugene-Springfield $3.90, Medford-Ashland $3.96.  Locally, Arco stations in Eagle Point and Ashland are selling unleaded regular today fpr $3.79 a gallon, as is the Pilot Truck Stop in Central Point. The Medford Fred Meyer station's price is $3.60.
