The plane went down Saturday afternoon shortly after taking off from a private airstrip.
KVAL-TV reports the Lane County sheriff's office released the names of the victims Monday.
Two were from Eugene: 41-year-old Jerome Roch Delbosc D'Auzon and 27-year-old Erin Thomas Frank Noble.
Two were from Junction City: 40-year-old Robyn Leigh Weir and 37-year-old Christopher Robin Kent.
Officials haven't said what caused the crash. A federal agency investigation could take months.
