Jackson County Fair Begins

The Jackson County Fair has begun, without the 100 degree temperatures

normally associated with the week long event. Road crews have been putting together the rides, carnivals and concessions stands at the expo site for the six day event that starts today.

 

Major acts of Leann Rimes, Brent Michaels, The Wiggles, and Foreigner join the event along with the rides and 4-H events at the expo in Central Point, Or.

 

Steve Johnson asked Fair Manager Dave Koellermeier what new attractions fair-goers can look forward to this year.
