Two Men Arrested For Attempted Murder

  Two Medford men- 19-year old Christopher Garrett and 18-year Moses La Porte- have been arrested on attempted murder charges. Both admitted beating 23-year Mark “Alex” Tabor late Saturday night. The two suspects have admitted to the attack.

The three men were roommates. They drove out to just above the Elderberry Flats Campground in Rogue River under the guise of a “guys’ night.” It was there that Garrett and La Porte beat Tabor with a wooden baton. The attack was a retaliation for an alleged sexual assault involving Tabor.
