The Medford Mail Tribune reports that two brothers from Medford, David and Micah DuBeau, are filing a lawsuit against Sterling Savings Bank. They contend that their former employer denies overtime pay to mortgage employees.

The DuBeaus say that many of the mortgage division employees were required to work over 40 hours a week, and that Sterling Savings Bank deliberately and incorrectly classified them as being exempt from eligibility for overtime benefits.

The lawsuit is being field in U.S. District Court.
