Grants Pass Man Arrested For Attempted Murder
Grants Pass police have arrested an 18-year old transient and charged him with attempted murder in the September 10 shooting of 45-year Donald Perrin. The shooting allegedly occurred after an argument broke out between the two men.
Anthony Gilbert Rodriguez also faces a variety of gun charge. Authorities found Rodriguez at a Highland Avenue residence where he was staying. Precautions were taken as the residence was near a school, and the immediate surrounding area was blocked off to traffic. After police announced their presence, the suspect came out of the residence and surrendered.
21-year old Karly Wright was also found with one other person at the home. She was taken into custody on drug charges.
