Police are looking for a fugitive who allegedly led sheriff’s deputies on a high speed chase yesterday in the vicinity of Kirtland Road in Central Point. 21-year old Toby Alexander Martinez reportedly crashed a 2001 Volkswagen Jetta into a ditch in the 12000 block of Blackwell Road and fled on foot.
Martinez has a warrant out for his arrest, and is a member of the Norteno gang. He is considered dangerous.
