Jackson County Real Estate Picture Strong

Existing home sales are strong in Jackson County. Today’s report from the Rogue Valley Association of Realtors shows a $14,000 increase in the median sales price to $169,000 in the most recent rolling quarter. Normal transactions represent 58 percent of existing home sales, the second straight report where such deals represent a majority of sales made. Inventories have also fallen by 25 percent, and homes are spending less time on the market.
