Oregon Second District Congressman Greg Walden held a cyber security workshop in Medford today. The aim was to give the public a chance to learn about rising cyber threats, and how to be protected against them.
Cyber security expert Bill Connor, CEO of Entrust, addressed the workshop. Connor addressed trends, cyber security threats, and how to combat them.
As chair of a congressional committee dealing with telecommunications and technology, Walden also spoke concerning legislative developments. In his position as part of that committee, Walden has opportunity to stay up to speed on the latest developments.
