Approximately 500 educators, about 230 from the Medford School District, are gathered for a conference in Medford today and tomorrow. The aim is to further promote teacher teamwork to improve student performance.
Former principals Rick and Becky Dufour are leading the conference. They say the concept of professional learning communities helps develop consistency in teaching students.
