The enrollment period has begun for Medicare in Oregon. Any Medicare Advantage or prescription plan part “D” beneficiaries must make any changes to their enrollment between now and December 7th. The Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance program, also known as SHIBA is available to provide seniors with assistance.
