Better Business Bureau Receives Numerous Complaints Regarding Local Business

The Better Business Bureau says a southern Oregon business is the subject of numerous complaints. Liberty Publishers Inc., which operates under 50 different business names, is named in some 130 complaints. Consumers report receiving questionable magazine subscription billings and renewal notices. Most complaints have been resolved with help from the bureau. In a smaller number of cases, the business reportedly made a “good faith effort,” but the customers remained unsatisfied, and one complaint remains unresolved.
