Medford police have canvassed a city neighborhood as part of ‘Operation Care’. 50 police and city personnel targeted the neighborhood surrounding Tripp Street as part of the ‘CARE’ or ‘Community Awareness Rejuvenation Effort’. This is the seventh time ‘Operation Care’ has been put in effect. Police Chief Tim George says it means going door to door to connect with residents and find out their needs and the improvements they think might make their area a better place to live. 14 teams were deployed throughout the area.
