The Jackson County sheriff's office says an inmate escaped Monday night from the recreation yard at the jail in Medford.
Authorities are looking for 42-year-old Bradley William Monical, who is considered a threat.
He was jailed facing robbery charges.
The public is advised to call 9-1-1 if they see him.
