An Ashland man was taken into custody at 9:29 p.m. Thursday night on charges of encouraging child sex abuse. An investigation that started in August turned up child porn at the home of 29-year old Torin Eggers.
The investigation was conducted by the Ashland Police Department with the Oregon High Tech Crimes Task Force. Police had search for Eggers for more than a day after obtaining a 14-count indictment.
