BREAKING NEWS: Jack-Knifed Semis Block Highway 140

Two jack-knifed semi trucks are blocking traffic today on Highway 140. The blockage is at milepost 26, just west of Butte Falls Highway. There is no detour. ODOT is halting traffic and advising that delays could range anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours. At last report, work was being set in place to clear the road.
