Medford Police have identified a teen as an alleged shooter in a drive-by incident last week near the corner of Benson and Dakota. Lt. Mike Budreau says they’re still on the lookout for 15-year old Santiago Loveland-Flores and they’re hopeful the public can help them find him. He’s described as Hispanic, 5-feet-4 inches tall, and 120 pounds. If you see him, police advise that he may be considered armed and dangerous.
