Second "Person Of Interest" Sought In Klamath County Homicide

Authorities in Klamath County are seeking a second person of interest in a Chiloquin homicide investigation. The county’s Major Crime Team is looking for a man nicknamed “Cowboy”- 32-year old James Collins. Collins stands 6-feet-4 inches tall, weighs approximately 200 pounds, has multiple tattoos-including a flame tattoo on his arm- brown hair and brown eyes. Call Klamath County 911 with information. The public is advised not to contact Collins. The search is in relation to the recent death of 33-year old Cheng Sio Saechao.
