UPDATE: Numerous Events, Church Services Canceled Due To Weather

Weather and road conditions are forcing the cancellation of a number of weekend events, including church service. As of 2:30 p.m. Saturday, here are the list of cancellations for Saturday and Sunday: After Friday's snowstorm forced the cancellation of the Live Nativity at Bigham Knoll in Jacksonville, today organizers have announced the cancellation of Saturday's and Sunday's presentations as well. The Providence Festival of Trees has cancelled its "Evening of Giving." Regularly scheduled showings for Saturday and Sunday will remain as scheduled, and those holding tickets for the Evening of Giving to come to the open hours showings. Call (541) 731- 5193 for information. Tonight's Habitat for Humanity Christmas party scheduled for 6:30 has been cancelled. The Victorian Christmas tours at Jacksonville’s historic Beekman House and Mrs. Beekman’s Christmas Bazaar will be canceled for this weekend. Events will resume next weekend. The Rogue Valley Symphony has cancelled their performance for tonight in Ashland. A number of churches have also changed or called off services: ALL services at Medford First Church of the Nazarene. Grace Point Nazarene Church in Ashland has cancelled ALL services. Community Bible Church has cancelled Saturday night service, and their 9:00 am service Sunday. There will be a 10:45 am service. The Loft and Walking Tall are also cancelling tomorrow's events. Heritage Christian Fellowship in Medford is not meeting Sunday. Table Rock Fellowship in Medford has cancelled services.
