The latest survey of gas prices by AAA show a slight increase just one week into the summer season. The national average is $3.67 for a gallon of regular unleaded, compared to $3.90 in Oregon.
Geopolitical problems, refinery disruptions, or a severe hurricane season could quickly send gas prices higher. With that said, AAA is forecasting the national average to range between $3.55 and $3.70. In Oregon, that average will be higher, between $3.75 to $3.90.
