Ashland commercial fire restrictions relaxed

While fire danger in Southern Oregon remains extreme, some commercial restrictions have been relaxed to allow a wider window to work.

While public fire restrictions remain the same, commercial equipment operators have had industrial precautions changed to level 2, thanks to cooler temperatures and higher humidity.

The relaxing of commercial restrictions affects equipment operating in or within one eighth of a mile of the wildfire hazard zone in the city limits of Ashland
