THE CITY OF MEDFORD WANTS TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PARKING NEEDS MIGHT BE FOR THE LITHIA COMMONS BUILDING NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION.  BETWEEN NOW AND APRIL 29TH THE CITY WANTS PARKING EXPERTS TO SUBMIT STUDY PROPOSALS TO DETERMINE THE DEMANDS OF THE NEW COMMONS BUILDING BETWEEN FOURTH AND SIXTH AVENUE….AND THE PARKING NEEDS REQUIRED OF THE NEW CONSTRUCTION.

MEDFORD CITY MANAGER BILL HOKE SAYS THE SECOND PHASE AFTER THE STUDY IS COMPLETED WILL BE THE ACTUAL PLAN FOR PARKING NEEDS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA.  MORE INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND FOR REQUIREMENTS OF THE PARKING STUDY PROPOSAL AT THE CITIES WEBSITE.
