Portland Home Prices Drop

While interest rates have gone up slightly in the nation, home prices have fallen.  Across the nation prices dropped 3.8% in January.  In Portland, prices fell further by 4.3%.  Prices in Oregon’s largest city are the lowest since July, 2004
