Latest figures from the Environmental Protection Agency reveal eight electric generating plants in Oregon made up the majority of global warming emissions in Oregon.

Top of the list was the state’s only coal-fired plant in Boardman, which is due to stop burning coal by the end of 2020.

Next on the emissions list was landfills, followed by pulp and paper mills
