Bomb Threat Reported At Rogue Community College- Campuses Closed

Rogue Community College has evacuated their campuses in Grants Pass, Medford and Table Rock Road after receiving a bomb threat this morning. Rogue Community College Launching Men's/Women's Soccer, Holding Tryouts

For the first time since the early 70s, Rogue Community College is making a foray into intercollegiate athletics. The Grants Pass-based college, that also has a Medford campus is launching a men's and women's soccer program. Tryouts are being held for eligible players. Athletes must be full-time students enrolled for Fall Quarter at RCC.Read More »

Rogue Community College Gets $3 Million Grant

Rogue Community College is one of just 27 colleges in the country-and the only one in Oregon- to receive grant money for health care training programs. A projected 461 students will get training via the $3 million dollar grant, according to a press release from the school.Read More »

R.C.C. To Consider Cuts

Rogue Community College is considering cuts in order to slash a 2-million dollar deficit.  10 staff positions could be eliminated as well as classes in construction technology and their theater program.  A public hearing will be held April 17th to discuss the proposed cuts that the school says would save 1-point-5 million dollars.
