The housing market is continuing its upward trend in southern Oregon. The median sales price for an existing home in Jackson County is up to $189,000 in the most recent rolling quarter that ended June 30, an increase of 16.7% compared to the same time one year ago. Jackson County Home Prices Going Up, Inventories Are Coming Down

A new report shows sales prices for homes in Jackson County skyrocketing 30-thousand dollars over this time last year. One year ago the median price of a home was $155,000.
