Entering Preserved Foods at the County Fair

Ever wonder how to win a ribbon for your perfectly preserved foods at the county fair?  Master Food Preserver volunteers walk you through fair entry planning, labeling, drop off and judging. Exhibitors in youth, adult or special needs divisions hear from experts and winners how to create a winning entry. In a nutshell: this demonstration and lecture—but no preserving—is your “Jar to Judge” key.
