The Subway restaurant on Williams Highway in Grants Pass was the scene last night of an attempted robbery at 10:44 p.m. When the suspect demanded cash, the clerk triggered a “hold up” alarm, and the robber left empty-handed. The robber did not display a weapon in the attempted robbery. No one was harmed.
Police are looking for a white male between 5-6 and 5-10 in his late 20s or early 30s. He wore a puffy dark-colored jacket, dark-colored pants and a beanie. Call Grants Pass Police at (541) 450-6260 with any information.
